I really love this location of Phat Boy Sushi. It's very beautiful on the inside and the environment and ambiance is so so nice. I really appreciate them having their own free parking lot too! Food: I really enjoyed my Trio roll it was full of yellow tail, tuna, and salmon, and I ordered eel sauce on the side. What I didn't like was when I tried to order gyoza, the only option they have is gyoza with chicken and pork mixed in. I can't have pork so not having this option was very disappointing. Service: The food came out quick, but I didn't like our waitress. She didn't speak English really well and couldn't understand us when we had questions for her. My friend ordered a side of noodles for her dish and it was literally just butter noddles and when she asked for a sauce to put on them (which she wanted in the first place) she said it was going to be an extra charge and she also didn't list any options of sauce so my friend had to come up with it off the top of her head.

And excellent lunch after member service. One is a great fan of sushi. The other became a quick fan. The appetizers were a surprisingly delectable. Each entree and salad were consumed with great delight. One found the cucumber mocktail incredibly refreshing. Server was attentive, friendly and quick to serve.

Amazing! I was a juror for three days and they took great care of me. It's so convenient just 2 minute drive from the courthouse and the sushi chefs and staff were kind and super speedy to accommodate my lunch breaks. Of course the food is delicious and lots to choose from! 💯

Our first visit! We looked for a well known place in fort Lauderdale for sushi and came across this place. Drinks are good . Tartare - was delicious I would prefer it being in chunks rather than fine cut and the chips made it hard to eat. The sushi was well made and fresh. Service was good and polite and clean table after each course.

If you’re in Downtown Fort Lauderdale and not sliding through Fat Boy Sushi, what are you even doing?! 👀🍣 This spot is PRIME location vibes — right in the heart of downtown, surrounded by the energy, the lights, the people watching… it’s the perfect pull-up whether you’re pre-gaming, date night’ing, or just outside being grown and hungry. Now let’s get into this FOOD because whew 😮‍🔥 The sushi options? CRAZY. From classic rolls to specialty rolls stacked and sauced just right — everything was fresh, flavorful, and hitting. But let me tell you about that fried shrimp 🍤✨ Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, seasoned like somebody’s auntie was in the kitchen making sure it was right. And that fried rice w shrimp chicken & steak!?! Listen… I do not play about fried rice. This might be some of the BEST fried rice I’ve had. Perfect texture, loaded with flavor, not greasy, not dry — just straight up addictive. I could’ve ordered a second plate and called it a night. Major shoutout to the manager Ken — above and beyond doesn’t even cover it. Super attentive, hands-on, making sure the vibe and service were A1. You can tell when leadership cares, and it shows all the way through
